Hey - remember me from dland? Well, I'm still here lurking and I just want to tell you that we all have down days that we need to get through and it isn't a bad thing to ask for help. Printing that entry out might be a way for your therapist to really understand how you feel. However, suicide is never the answer - it might seem like an easy way out - but think of those you're leaving behind. You have more people in your life that care about you (Look - I don't even actually know you and I care about you!!) than you actually realize and something like that can rip their lives apart too, seemingly unrepairable. I have a friend going through this right now. Nothing is EVER as bad as it seems - think of what you have that others don't: loving parents, sisters and BIL, friends and friends that you can pick up with that you haven't seen in a long time, your health (even with your SMALL problems), a passion for music which I admire, a bright smile and beauty, and what I see as an infectious personality. If you ever feel that way again, and if you can't see any of those things worth living for, think of what it would do to the people who would be in bits over not having you in their life. And perhaps it will be enough to get you through to being able to see all of the great things that you have in your life. ... Sincerely, Fly
