Do you have a phone a friend? I heard this girl in the lunch room saying that she calls one of her coworkers every morning to make sure she's woken up on time for work. Don't let yourself get dragged down into a funk! He is so not worth that. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and go out there and show them just how awesome you are!

I hear you about the depression and sleeping. I have the same problem with a twist: I am feeling depressed but it is interrupting my sleep. I keep waking up at 4:45 am, 4:30 am (earlier and earlier). I wonder if it would help to go to bed right after you eat dinner. Kind of "indulge" the sleeping, so that you are getting 12 to 13 hours of sleep per night and are ready to get up by 6 or 7 the next morning for work. This would mean you would not go to the bar for a little bit, but maybe you need to take care of your body and soul for some time by resting. That is a wild dream, it sounds peaceful and calming.
